Our average broker makes in excess of $150k-$200k+. Based on performance, the earnings from this commission-based position can yield exceptional payouts.
These positions are open to experienced professionals with a book of existing business only. We are flexible on location. Our brokers and traders are welcome to work from their own home office or from one of our local office locations.
Applicants must be self-motivated, organized, and able to effectively generate sales from their own lead sourcing, or existing book of business. We are seeking to hire individuals that will develop new segments and/or add value to our existing segments without overlap.
Qualifications
Business Degree from a credited University or College (not mandatory but considered valuable).
Strong phone sales skills with a professional attitude.
Team approach, professionalism, strong business ethics, creativity and persistence.
Ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts at all levels.
Proficient in Internet research, lead sourcing, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experienced in booking transportation, car, rail, van, etc.
